About Susan Corcoran

Drawing on an extensive background as a Massachusetts prosecutor, Susan Corcoran serves as assistant district attorney with the Plymouth County District Attorney's Office. Her responsibilities span a full range of criminal matters, including hearings, motions, arraignments, and jury trials. In addition to maintaining a superior court caseload, prosecutor Susan Corcoran holds a supervisory role in overseeing other assistant district attorneys.

For the past 5 years, Ms. Corcoran has also served as legal counsel advisor with Success Strategies, Inc., in Boston, where she provides legal representation in the area of business structuring. She focuses on legal contract reviews and the oversight of business meetings and transactions, and also handles complex issues regarding contract dispute management and resolution.

Ms. Corcoran’s past experience includes 6 years spent as commissioner with the State Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission. She served as an administrative judge, working with violations, hearings, and appeals. Susan Corcoran earned her JD at the Suffolk Law School, cum laude, and is a past member of the Women’s Bar Foundation’s Pro Bono Committee.
